Units with a view. Incredible location near to many attractions and subway station, other famous areas and great restaurants, and spotlessly clean room.

Great and stunning location in 15 mins walk from the city center. Central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room and the very comfy bed. The exceptional view from the room, super friendly and exceptionally kind staff.

The rooms were modern and practical in a very good condition kept by the nice staff. We had coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

The staff are super friendly and affable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. It has AMAZING and incredible location to everything we need for traveling in the city.

Standard queen room we stayed at was spotless on level 8. It was convenient having a lounge area and a big window.

Rooms were large and provided with comfortable bed and shower, for example. The location was stunning, relatively close to Beautiful Tea Museum. It also was close to the palaces.

Convenient location with subway station at the door. Plenty of eateries nearby. Nicely designed, clean room. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Gym, laundry, and bar/restaurant available. Good for young people.

Good hotel but bad loction

- The location was amazing - right in the city center, walking distance from palaces, shopping, and restaurants. - The street right outside the hotel was packed with restaurants serving authentic Korean food. - The hotel room had a huge LCD TV, two desktops with free internet, and was well equipped with everything from a hair straightener to hair spray and slippers. - I could see the Seoul N Tower from my room. - The subway stop was right outside the hotel.

- The hotel was extremely dark, and the hotel staff could not speak or understand English at all. - I was given a dark, dirty, and extremely dusty room. The walls had not been dusted in weeks, and I kept sneezing. The bed sheets and blankets had holes in them, and when I opened the blanket I discovered blood stains on the sheets. The internet was not working, and there were really dirty x-rated images on the hotel desktop. I immediately called reception and asked to change rooms. They gave me a much cleaner, better room with working internet. - The computer and internet is entirely in Korean, and the keyboard had not been cleaned at all. Sanitize before use.

Wonderful and modern hotel located just next door to local restaurants, and metro station and popular areas, restaurants. Functional, good-sized units provided with comfortable bed and shower, for instance. Supper friendly staff; early check in.

Everything was very good, very attentive staff, favourable location short walk to restaurants and bars, train station, sites, groceries, shopping and restaurants and Itaewon. The service was great, the food was fresh!

Courteous, helpful people working here. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card available in the twin room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet.
